Abstract

In recent years, the Republic of Uzbekistan has achieved significant success in combating many infections, and eliminated epidemics of certain infectious diseases. However, the task of sharply reducing the incidence of shigellosis remains one of the most pressing problems, which is due to many features inherent in dysentery.
